1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the order is processed may be subject to a partial refund based on incurred costs.Once an order has been shipped or delivered digitally, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user dashboard.
If canceled before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be applied.No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Unauthorized charges.

Non-Refundable Items
Digital products once accessed or downloaded.
Custom or personalized orders.Services that have already been rendered.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.Paper Bytes reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
